Project Overview

Baydo Towers is the latest multi-use apartment complex by Baydo Group. This project is located in City Park, Saskatoon, with close proximity to downtown, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon City Hospital, Kinsmen Park, and the many trails along the Saskatchewan river.

The project consists of two 25-storey towers with a total floor area of 585,632 sq.ft, which includes 474 rental suites, 13,035 sq.ft of commercial space, and seven storeys of parking totaling 493 parking stalls.

Baydo Towers provides residents with a wealth of entertainment and leisure areas, including a public terrace with BBQ grills, meeting rooms, gym, games rooms, yoga room, dog park, community green spaces, bike storage room, and much more.
