Baydo Place is located in the neighbourhood of Stonebridge, which is the largest subdivision in the south
end of Saskatoon, covering 867 acres.

Upon completion in 2015, there will be approximately 3,500 homes in the neighbourhood and
approximately 13,500 residents.

The neighbourhood has gained popularity due to its easy access to downtown (10 minute drive), close proximity
to the University of Saskatchewan and University Hospital, and the fact that it offers all amenities.

Baydo Place is a 2 phase mixed-use project consisting of two, four-story buildings built on a common
underground parking structure. The parkade will service both buildings and will accommodate 112 vehicles.
The project will include 112 residential apartments and approximately 29,000 sq. ft. of commercial space!
Our site is directly across the street from Peter Zakreski Regional Park which has walking trails, baseball
diamonds, and a man-made lake. Once complete, this project will be home to Baydo’s corporate headquarters.

The upper three floors in each building will be comprised of 56 rental suites broken down as follows:

Pet Policy

  • Subject to management approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $500, plus an additional $25 per pet, per month.
  • Maximum of 2 pets pet unit.
  • Cats and dogs only (dog size must be 15” from their shoulder to the ground).
  • Breed restrictions are in effect and subject to change.
  • No caged animals or aquariums.
  • A Special Waiver must be completed prior to moving in your pet.
  • No pets allowed in the parkade or elevator.
  • All pets must use the stairwells to enter or exit the building.
