Baydo Place

Project Overview

Baydo Place is a 2-phased mixed-use project consisting of two, four-story buildings built on a common underground parking structure. The parkade services both buildings and accommodates 112 vehicles. The project includes 112 apartment-style units, and approximately 29,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.

The 112 units include 6-piece EnergyStar appliance package, including in-suite laundry, open concept layouts, quartz countertops, 9 foot ceilings, air conditioning, and private balconies.


Project Status

Baydo Place broke ground in the fall of 2013. The north building was completed in December of 2015, with the south building completed in February of 2016.

Baydo sold this complex in July of 2020.

Baydo Place is located in the neighbourhood of Stonebridge, Saskatoon, the largest subdivision in the south end covering 867 acres.
