880 Broadway

Project Overview

880 Broadway is Baydo Group’s first time entering into high-rise building design and construction. It is also the first new high-rise steel structure in the block in the past 30 years, and the first new rental apartment in the corridor of Saskatoon in the last 30 years.

880 Broadway’s ten storeys is comprised of 118,435 sq.ft.  which includes 19,000 sq.ft. of commercial area, 68 rental suites over eight floors, and three levels of underground parkade totaling 71 parking stalls.

Massive private patios are available on the third and tenth floors. A large roof-top patio will be on the tenth floor for all residents to enjoy.


Project Status

880 Broadway is open to residence in August, 2021.
